Well, I pulled the plug on the transfer case fill, and out shot about a quart and a half of transmission fluid. How do I go about fixing this?

I pulled the vacuum lines off the transfer case switch and they were dry, no fluid came out, I'll try the transfer case fluid level next and let you know, Thanks!

Where is my transmission fluid going??????
I'm losing about 1 quart of transmission fluid a month, it's not on the ground and the bottom of the truck is clean and dry............ Although the HVAC system seem's to be operational, I did lose AC. Have plenty of heat but no cooling, are they related?

I parked next to one yesterday, and the wide fender flare's sure look like they are a direct bolt on, even the rear flare's look like a perfect fit!

A/C this time of year? God man, it practically summer here! why just this morning I woke up and it was already 9 degree's outside! and beside's it a roasting 25 degree's in the shop! It just gets too hot here in the summer............

A/C has been working great, today it stopped. I popped the hood, the compressor clutch engages and disengages, and that big aluminum canister get's really cold, but I get nothing in the cab. All the heat control and vent controls work too. Is there anything I can check? :twisted: OMG!! everything is...

Henry, I went over your how-to post and I'm having a problem understanding the purpose of the exhuast manifold EGR modification. If the purpose of the EGR modification is to reduce the oil deposit residue in the TB and intake manifold it would seem that I would'nt want to restrict the flow to the ex...

O'kay, thank you, I'll get the EGR mod and a TB spacer as soon as I can, was laid off from the sawmill so money is tight right now. (what I really mean is that my wife wont let me have any money to do fun stuff with! She says that as soon as I get back to work I can do it, but I know she is lying!!!)

egr restrictor / limiter
After doing the mod, I can say that I have never seen that much carbon in my life! If it's built up that bad on just the intake, I'm scared to even think about what the rest of the internals look like! I kid you not, it was built up enough to keep the blade from closing.......

O'kay, thank you, I'll just drop the tank, and your right, the entire pump is under the cab. I think the people who own a stardard or extended cabs have everything exposed with the bed removed.

I'm going to replace the fuel pump on my 2001 CC. I was told to remove the entire bed, how do I do it? I dont see any carriage bolts in the floor, and I'm Rhino coated..........

I have the same problem, Drivers door wont lock with the fob, but will unlock with it. The other 3 doors function as they should. My "Key in" chime's when I open the drivers door.

This thing needs some work! need's a fuel pump, canister purge soleniod, idler and pitman arms, tires, A/C inop., cracked winshield, but I'll get her good as new...........any advise would be great! I've already done a new radiator and heater core........
