your tube filter is most likely full of dirt, low should be 35 max 38 , with compressor cyckling.

don't forget the dryer, flush with a 1/4 of cleaner for air con systems.

Common sense is having the right amount of freon in system, if not cool / cold then would be to find the problem. That what i do when working on it, i do have a recover unit/ re-cycler /charger.

low around 33 to 35 when cyckling on idle, high 2.5 times outside temp.
I go by the low in most cases.
Could be office tube filter clocked.

I do have a recover unit, have found replace the tube, drier helps, sometimes add a little oil if compresser makes more noise than usual.

I have used a plasma cutter ti cut rear panel sections of, only burnt paint a 1/4 inch from cut.

It was one using argon. The one i have now is compressed air, it creates more heat, will cut thicker metal too, up to 3/4" .

IIRC back in my early days in dealership garage there were a few individuals running "nitro"-gen in their tires mainly in large luxury cars. It's possible you have a clogged heater core as well. How many miles are on the truck? Even if you flush the cooling system, if the core is clogged it won't get hot, and then your air won't get hot because it will be passing through a core that isn't hot. That is an easy fix, remove hoses from engi...
