the size of the box (cu ft) depends on the manufacturer. Some subs take more air space than others. It also depends on the sound you are looking for. spl, sq, or just something that sounds ok. I like the spl, or sound pressure level. Some people decide that they want their stereo to sound good inste...

you could, but you would probally blow a lot of fuses because of the current draw. The absolute best thing is to run one to the battery along the passanger side of the truck. All those floor sills pop on and off real easy. Under the carpet on the passanger side there is a small grommet that you can ...

I got my GMC CC in january of 2003, I loved it ever since. Sure there are a few things I dont like about it, but those can be fixed. We all know that our trucks need to be lifted to get the right stance. No GM isnt perfect, and if they were, their trucks would be much more expensive. I look at it li...

I cant say for sure how bad the rough idle was or is, but I can tell you that all of my S-10's that I have ever owned and worked on with the V6 have always had a bid of a rough idle. I tried for a while to fix it, but nothing ever worked. As far as the bad gas thing, the mechanic could be right. He ...

DO NOT USE SILICONE, the chemicals it emits will eat away at the voice coils inside the sub. If you got it cranked up, you could launch the whole motor assembly out of the sub basket. Just use a good quality wood glue, and then seal the corners of the boards with that. bracing is probally not going ...
