Re: No control over HVAC Vents

The line that enters the cabin is a hard flexible plastic. If memory serves, it enters in amongst a bunch of wires by the steering column.

Did they ever make such a console? If not, do you think a later model can be made to work? I'm not looking for the trip functions...just temp & direction...and homelink. I have two late model everything consoles, and if I ever get around to changing out the ohc in the Blazer I'd like to put it in th...

Anyone have a PA3 centercap they no longer have a need for?? Discount Tire lost one of mine and although they denied it, they said they would order a new one for me. I checked at the dealer and they want......$85.00.. That's why I haven't heard from Discount.

Plug-n-play. The wiring is all there from that point. All you need is the harness up the A pillar.

I already gave him a link to the thread...

Re: where can i find these wheels?

Well that sucks...glad I already have mine.. They used to have wheel packages that included everything for about the same price as a single. I bought my winter beater ZQ8 from them as a package deal for about $600 shipped.

Looks like gmpartsdirect has them for $669. I would think that is for the set, which would include covers, caps and lugs.

Something to consider that's not related to the brakes...bad ball joints will cause a bad vibration/shaking when slowing...especially on turns.

Re: shutting off lighted visors?

If the covers are broke, you might just as well clip the wires in the visor. The covers are not a replacement item. My wife broke both of hers in the Blazer2 so I just got some replacements at the j/y.

Re: Visor Swap / Visor Mirror Hinge Questions

Let me know if you come up empty. The local yard here has three Bravadas. I have not looked to see if any have good visors. The fancy mirrors could be had in any of the S-series...just depended on the options. My '9 SS has them as well as the wifes Blazer 2. She managed to break both mirror covers ...

Your Blazer has all you need at the C209 connector. All you need is the factory harness up the A post and across the front of the headliner.
