If they did not use the correct procedure to change the coolant they could have indeed left an air pocket. If it is topped up correctly now I would just keep a close eye on it for now and keep aware if you start to smell coolant. Were you having any issues with heat? Usually you will have a no heat...

The codes will come back after a few drive cycles depending on the parameters that set them. I would be more worried about where your coolant went. The oil looked/looks fine, and it runs like a top. I think the dealership we bought it from changed the coolant(doesn't look very old), so is it possib...

Alright, I took my truck to the shop and had them run the codes. They told me what all of them were, said low coolant could cause one or two of them, and set up an appointement to the shop. It was considerably low on coolant, so I topped that off. They cleared the codes when they scanned them. I was...

I have been thinking of doing something like this since I got my CC. I plan this summer to wire brush the entire frame the best I can and then use the dupilcolor bed liner products either spray or brush on. Anyone tried the self bedliner products to handle this? what are the results like? Do NOT us...

New update, they are fixing the fuel pump and starter on the warranty, but I have to pay for the fuel filter. There was old food (gross) stuck in the seat belt that didn't work. We are still going back and forth on who is going to pay to fix the door, but they want $220, which is crazy considering t...

alright, update: The fuel pump never failed, but I was having problems with the starter, one door sagged, and one of the seatbelts in back wouldn't buckle, and the annoying noise from the pump, so we brought it in with 200 miles left on the warranty. They looked it over and it needs new door pins, a...

por 15 is a good product but it has to be top coated. Only if it is going to be in direct sunlight. If you have a body lift, it would be a good idea to topcoat it, but otherwise you should be fine. As far as rustoleum, it is tough by spray can standards, but keep in mind your frame will have rocks ...

I studied the Z height info. till I couldn't take it any more. All I wanted was to level my truck. So I parked the sucker on a level slab of concrete, I checked it with a Lazer level, and started cranking a little to both sides evenly. I'd crank then jump up and down on the front and the back, then...

Alright, this sucks. How much longer can I expect this pump to last? If it is going to fail, I hope it fails within the next 1500 miles, because than it is still under the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty.

buzzer noise coming from underneath truck???

My truck has a very strange noise coming out from under it sometimes. It sounds like the door buzzer inside the truck, but a little quieter, and it is coming from underneath the truck. I have no idea what it is, lol, but it doesn't sound very good. It seems to start if it is at idle for a longer per...

ori light bars

Before some one mentions searching, I tried, but it seems like all the pics are down. Does anyone have closeup pics of either ori bar mounted on a gmc? I read there was a lot more involved in putting one on a gmc, but I cant find any pics, lol. Thanks

Can't wait to see how they look. Won't you have rubbing issues though, or is yours lifted/trimmed?

Haha, I just removed my sonoma emblem 3 hours ago. I used a rubber spatula and a 'wax and tar remover' of some sort. Worked pretty good. Then I just polished it up, and you can't even tell they were there.
